Elizabeth Droppers MSMFT, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Michigan. She specializes in providing individual telehealth from an Internal Family Systems perspective. She earned a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA, and is a Certified Internal Family Systems Clinician.

I’ve heard IFS described as “what I hoped therapy would be” because it's genuinely compassionate and non-pathologizing. Instead of trying to force change, IFS invites us to be curious toward the thoughts/feelings/behaviors having negative impacts on our lives and learn about the good intentions driving them. From this compassionate foundation, I’ve been privileged to witness enduring healing and growth in myself and clients.
